About this station

This site reports live weather from an Ambient Weather WS-5000 at Sky Mountain Ranch · Sedona, Arizona, sitting at 4340 ft in the red-rock high desert. The barometer is calibrated to match KSEZ (Sedona Airport), the nearest official station, so the pressure you see here lines up with the National Weather Service.

Numbers refresh on their own every couple of minutes. The daily forecast is written by hand, my own read of the barometer, the wind, and the sky against what the models say. I note the next day how it actually turned out, which is how the forecasting gets sharper.
